  Today was the biggest disappointment with this bank that I have EVER had! I started shopping online last, for Black Friday, using my debit card. After one transaction, my card kept getting declined. I thought it was the websites, so I waited until morning and the same thing kept happening. Of course the bank was closed on Thanksgiving AND Friday and could not get a hold of anyone. I called Verified with Visa. They confirmed that the system had tried to call me and could not get a hold of me. Funny as my phone was in front of me the whole time and did not ring. I cleared the first transaction from the night before was told my card was cleared for use. I, then, began doing some more Black Friday shopping and was, once again, declined, and once again, no phone call. Call Verified with Visa and they explained it would take up to one business day for me to begin using my card again. I had no control over my card and I lost out on some fantastic deals that I had been waiting for and planning out for almost two months. This was so incredibly disappointing to me that I could not use my own hard-earned money, even after I had cleared everything up. What's even worse is when you plan on days like this and seeing things right in front of me, that I KNEW I could purchase, sell out and I am unable to do anything about it.
