- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When I first started with Statefarm this office was great but over the years it has gone downhill. I call and the staff is unknowledgable. I call constantly and they never answer and I never get a call back for a simple payment I need to get done. Ken dixon who is the assistant director caused my insurance to get cut, without my consent, I had to keep calling him daily to reinstate my insurance before the DMV sued me for not having insurance. I recieve increments on my policies to pay extra everytime I renew. I am starting to believe there is malpractice in this office. They have caused me too many problems over the last year. An insurance company is suppose to be reliable during emergencies they are NOT.By Marylin M, September 22, 2017
