- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆worst customer service. Unreasonable charge. She will not borther to answer of any of your question after u have paid. This is the wrost experience I ever have. Will never go back again do not explain any question I asked. She will be inpatient if u started asking questions. I go there only because I thought she speaks chinese, so she may help me understand more about the tax return.
