- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The customer services at this bank is at an all time low. The assistant manager was of no help in trying to assist me. She basically brushed me off within one minute of sitting down and told me she could not help me. I contacted citimortage who insisted that I go back inside the bank because they should be able to help me on behalf of citimortage. I returned inside the bank, again the assistant manager behavior was rude and unprofessional. So, instead of her helping make the matter right she put me off on the lead teller, who was very helpful and made sure he made the necessary phone calls to assist me. Now although, she didn't want to assist me, she made it a point to leave her customer and request that the lead teller copy the check as if I'm some type of criminal.
