  I had an issue a couple weeks ago. I received not 1 but 2 calls from the store and store manager. They made sure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction in the first call. Then followed up with a second call again making sure everything was fine. In todays world this is totally unheard of. It's fantastic to know there are still places that customer service means everything too. Great folks and they will help you out. Be honest with them and they'll be honest with you. I have no complaints with them. Thank you all at this store for your help and consideration with my issues and the quick resolution.

  I came in to cash a check and i have been here many times. I asked why they needed my social security number and the manager became frustrated with me. It's an honest question. She looks at my check from a credit bank for a very small amount and thinks I'm creating fraud. So she calls the company, realizes that I have not created fraud and continues to talk tYo the people on the phone about miscellaneous unrelated information. She continues to wander around goofing off. Waiting 30 mins for a tiny check to be cashed is ridiculous. My credit company of course would not give her any info. Like duh. Then she comes over and says she cant cash the check unless she sees my credit card. So i give it to her and she says i normally would not do this. Well news flash I would normally not come here. That is exactly why I usually go to money tree unless I absolutely have to go to this miserable place.
