  I'm new to the area and this bank is practically across the street from me but I won't join after my recent visit. I went in, an older women sitting at a desk was so busy yapping with a coworker about the flyers for each desk. I interrupted her as I didn't have much time. She was very rude, probably because I didn't want to wait any longer (had waited 5 minutes already as the two of them went in the back to get more flyers and then started setting them up for all of the desks). I told her I was there to open an account. I pulled out my new Nevada driver's license and that wasn't sufficient as it was "new". I then pulled out everything I had in my purse from getting my Nevada driver's license. I had my passport, a printed out copy of my electric bill, my lease for a year. She said none of them were sufficient and tried to embarrass me because the electric bill was past the date due (it wasn't overdue, but since the bill was used a few weeks earlier for my driver's license, it obviously showed an earlier date). I left and decided it didn't matter this bank was so close it was within walking distance even, I'll never use this bank because I would be rewarding bad customer service and I don't care how hard a bank tries to be good in Customer Service, the fact that they have such an ignorant employee is grounds enough to go elsewhere for my banking needs.
