- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I didn't want to believe the poor reviews in saying this was a bad place, but they do not answer their phones (and I've tried at numerous hours), the staff I had spoken to was overall unable to assist me in changing the delivery address for one of my packages. It was also thanks to one of the staff here that told me to wait until morning to contact the office that resulted in my package being shipped early and lost to me. So thanks to the poor communication and knowledge, I have to go through many extra steps for something very simple. Hopefully no other post offices display this.By Kai Overton, February 24, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I hate the service at this post office. Anytime I get a package they label the package as undeliverable for no reason and I have to go up to the post office and pick it up. If it's not a small envelope or a bill, they don't put it in my mail box or bring it to my door. They're so lazy and inconsiderate of other people's time and schedule! When I go in to get my packages they always tell me they don't know where it is or the mail carrier has it or that I have to wait or I have to come back. They don't even out I. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I walked in on my lunch hour and saw the line but decided to wait. Shortly after I got there, two gentlemen came out and began assisting the customers in line in order to speed up the process. Not only did the guy helping me speed up the process but his partner made a very kind act that eventually saved me lots of valuable time. This post office is close to my work and I will continue to return here due to the customer service.
