- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great service! The way it used to be. I am not one to write reviews but this one is warranted. I had a very unusual problem with my computer. They really took the time to find a solution and fixed it. Fixing the computer is not the reason why I am writing a review. it is the way I was handled as a customer. They bring you back to the bench and explain what they are doing and what you are paying for. They remember you by name when you walk in even if it is your second time there. Chuck, Mitch, and the rest of the staff should be teaching classes at business school. If you want to learn how to run a successful business just stand in their lobby. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★So nice and helpful!! I've had my laptop fixed here, and ship all of my packages and certified mail here. Only place in town I've found that doesn't charge you to drop off mail that already has postage. It's one of the reasons I continue to go here when I do need to pay for shipping or certified mail, because of that courtesy I wouldn't go anywhere else in town for mail or computer issues.
