I was sending a package and he offered to try to make it fit (after making sure it wasn't fragile) into a flat rate envelope so I could save 7 bucks, and it fit! - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★These guys are all about the customer service. Don't ever go to the post office again!! I had actually sent some certified letters and then misplaced my tracking numbers.
