  We had an awesome Loan Originator Mr. Tim Ferguson. He was very personable and honest with us. He explained step by step what to expect during the process. We hit a few minor bumps along the way but Mr. Ferguson reassured us and was there to answer any questions. He was there for us even after business hours. Thank you Tim! We appreciate all you have done for us!

  My husband and I used First Option Mortgage to buy our first home. Aaron Schwamberg was our loan officer. From the moment we walked through the door till even now weeks past closing Aaron has been amazing. He held our hands through the ups and downs of qualifying for our mortgage, and provided us with information and explanations of what was going on. We knew we could contact him at anytime. We cannot recommend First Option enough, especially Aaron. We will never use a different mortgage company, if we ever refi or purchase a new property it will all be through First Option!

  When the time came to start looking into the home buying process, I had no idea where to start. I reached out to a friend and she recommended Ashley Bernardo at First Option Mortgage as Ashley had recently helped her with her own home purchase. I contacted Ashley and she explained the process to me and provided me with a checklist of items that she would need to begin the prequalification process. This checklist made collecting all of the necessary documents easy as there was no guess work involved in regard to what would be needed. My particular situation was a little tricky and I was getting ready to give up but Ashley went above and beyond to get us approved. From the time we put the offer on the house to the time we opened the front door with the keys to our new home was 23 days. I can't even begin to give enough praise to Ashley and the rest of team at First Option Mortgage; they truly made my dream of being a homeowner a reality!
