- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Customer Service is good, at first. However, my rep was clearly not educated in the field. Insisted my 200$ item was only worth 6$. I knew that while eBay is always a route for discounted items, I knew she had input the item info in incorrectly. I politely asked her to double check and she instantly became very rude. Ive had great customer service experiences...well one time a guy took FOR EVER when I returned something to pawn, it had been there before, but he still had to check every single thing...it took him an hour...
