  The most poor customer service provider branch. They don't care about you, even for very simple business you have to seated at least 2 hours. Omg please don't come to this dammn branch.

  OF ALL CHASE BANKS THEY PACKED INTO LAS VEGAS THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST ONE. THE ISSUE: COMMISION DRIVEN EMPLOYEES &: THE LEAST HELPFUL EMPLOYEES THAT ONLY CARE ABOUT COMMISION. I just argued with an employee yesterday that stated that if he printed me a temporary atm card it would cancel the replacement debit card being mailed. I called him out and told him he was lying. I told him I had done this before and he said, "Well, that's the first time I've heard of that." REALLY?? This is the same guy that gave me guff for printing the card last time and was incredibly rude and said to him on the side as a courtesy that I could complain because your treating me disrespectfully because of the way I look or act when I make 4 times your annual income whether I wear sweatpants and a half torn t-shirt, you still WORK FOR ME. I pay your bills. WE AS CUSTOMERS PAY YOUR SALARY. Then he got an attitude before. He looks like a jerk, acted like a jerk, lied to me yesterday. I'm going there now and Ill post a picture from my experience which will be typical- +The cherry picker that is the jerk that only helps "NEW BUSINESS" clients. +The 4 people behind the counter all seemingly trying to look to busy to open a second window... +1 person in entire bank behind the counter helping people +FINALLY SOMEBODY WILL OPEN A DRAWER TO UNCLOG THE LINE BECAUSE THE BANKERS DON'T HANDLE PROBLEMS, ONLY COMMISSIONED ITEMS. As soon as the line moves the second register gets closed... AGAIN. (RInse and Repeat) +THE BANKERS CAN DO ALL THAT A TELLER CAN DO. THEY CHOOSE NOT TO. +I will walk out wondering how they are so shady and stay in business considering that 1500 dollars is the minimum balance required for checking or savings or direct deposit. +You can't tell who the heck the bank management is- probably the jerkface guy... I will update very shortly...

  This bank branch need to do better we came to open an account unstead of telling us what all we need right than and there they gave us the run around because his address on the ID don't match his pay check stub which we also got drama on because Walmart don't give old fashion pay check stubs its 2017 everything is done online I feel that tellers should know and update themselves on thinks like this but after a all the running around the account was open hours later smh
