  I normally never write a bad review. First let me tell ya. I live in Houston due to hurricane Harvey. My work is flooded haven't been able to work for a week or longer. I asked if I can defur payment till I be able to get back to work again! The customer service told me" you knew the hurricane happ on Friday and you shouldn't take out the loan" really? Hurricane happ every year. We didn't expect to destroyed the whole city of Houston!!! Helpless!!! Customer service are RUDE! I understand if you can't do anymore about it. But have some sympathy!!!

  I wanted to give Cash Factory USA another chance after being mistreated by their collections department two months ago. I applied for a loan online, and was pre-approved. I called the number in the email to finish the processing. I explained to the representative that I recently switched banks. According to their guidelines, the checking account needs to remain active for thirty days. She had the audacity to mention about my previous account being placed in collections, even though I finished making payments on the loan. The last I checked, I'm not stupid and wasn't born yesterday. I decided to withdraw my application. Despite being told to come back, I'm no longer interested in doing business with Cash Factory USA again.

  I got a loan through cash factory and unfortunately could not make the agreed upon payments. I called in twice to deal with two beyond rude employees who didn't want to do anything but strong arm me. I know I got the loan which makes me obligated to do. I was fully willing to pay off the loan just with smaller payments. They would NOT accept it and just kept making empty threats. I called back to speak to a manager who I didn't get to talk to because he was away from his desk. I did speak with a customer service agent "JAMES" I explained my frustrations with the rude agents and what I was trying to do. He apologized on behalf of the company and set up my payments. He is the ONLY reason I am giving 5 stars is because he in turn assisted me, worked with me and was very professional. Cash Factory You need more employees like JAMES!!!

  I have been customers with them for awhile now, I have never been disappointed with them til last time I had a loan with them several weeks ago. They have never called any of my references but into my work place trying to speak to me. I mean shouldn't the work place would be the last place for you to give us a collection call? It was a busy morning also and I tried to be kindly explaining to the lady on the line that I'm at work with many other things to do( I work fast food so we were having lines of customers) yet she still would not let me get off the phone when I have to her i would simply return her call later when I get off. I have worked with many loan places before I never felt such an experience like this, more of a harrassing call than a collection with good customer service as they claimed call which is why I'm not going to come back.   Due to the horrible customer service I was told about when I had someone go to the store on my behalf to make a payment! How could you call me day in and day out, e-mail me to set up a payment arrangement, and when someone tries to give you money state you cannot take payment because they are not on my account!? Make up your mind, you either want a payment or you don't. Dear company owner if you would like an increase in business productivity and referrals I suggest you start with hiring those that are knowledgeable in customer service! There is a way to be friendly yet firm and it seems as your employees such as Stephanie needs to find a job in another area besides customer service! I will be happy to suggest other places that are very personable and reasonable. In this day and age you have tons of competition in your line of business and you need to exceed standards to strive! Aside from that your INTEREST RATES ARE THROUGH THE ROOF!!
