  I went in to get a cashiers check made out for a car l was purchasing. The teller was very nice and helpful but needed to call the manager (Vincent or Victor) over for authorization. He came over, didn't make eye contact or say hello to me, punched some stuff in the computer, whispered something to the teller, and walked away. The teller then told me that the wire transfer l had received earlier in the day hadn't cleared - that wires sometimes bounce like checks - so l would have to wait until tomorrow to get my cashiers check. I knew this was BS but didn't make a scene because it was before 5 and there were people in the line behind me. I went to another Bank of America location and walked out with a cashiers check without any issues. So if you have to go to the Blue Diamond location, avoid Vinny because he's power-tripping in his little bank. Don't worry, you'll recognize him....looks like a little weenie.

  Drive-up unacceptable and not safe. You get trapped at the second machine and must wait for the first car to move before you can leave the area. Getting sick of B of A's stupid ideas serving the corp before customers needs.
