- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆During the Holiday Season, many cards are hacked and mine was just hacked. However, there is no way on this earth that anyone can get thru to BofA to speak to someone. I have tried for hours only to be on hold the entire time. BofA should have anticipated that fraud would occur during this season and they should have devised a way for panicking people to reach someone at the bank in a decent amount of time, by phone.By Theresa DaSilva, June 01, 2017
