- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Not so great customer service. Out all the Bank of Americas in town this the people at this one are not so helpful. For example I came in and needed to talk to "a banker" and I was told that I needed to make an appointment, but as I looked around there were 4 people sitting in the side offices staring at a computer...not one of these employees could help me?By Greg Freund, August 15, 2017
